The Guide award distinguishes the Restaurants as having "table excellente, mérite un detour," or excellent cooking worth a detour. Michelin commends these restaurants for offering exceptional cuisine, with skillfully and carefully crafted dishes of outstanding quality.

About Us

Nestled in the midst of Downtown Alhambra, Borneo has served the community since 2009–specializing in Indonesian, Malaysian, and Singaporean cuisine.

Our food is inspired by the many Hawkers from all over Southeast Asia who share their love and passion for cooking. We understand the communication barrier that many immigrants experience from moving from their homeland to the United States of America. We believe that there is no better way to celebrate and share one's cultural heritage through food with others. Here at Borneo, we chose the freshest ingredients, spices, and products imported from all over Southeast Asia with the promise of bringing the nostalgia of your childhood to every dish we serve.
